Pompilio himself or one of his employees show up on time with the time frame given. - communication. I’m not always able to make it out right away to make initial contact with the crew and the homeowner but it’s honestly not needed with this Pompilio and his crews. Pompilio is very helpful! He was able to come by the same day I called. First issue I had was I broke the inside of my toilet bowl because something fell in it and 2nd prior to that it had a small leak at the bottom. As soon as I received my new toilet he came same day to install and fixed the leaking issue. Would highly recommend! I still use him till this day if I have any other issues in my home. I’m really impressed with the service Pompillo provided. We had an unexpected leak at one of our rental properties during a heavy rainstorm, and he had someone there right away to tarp it and prevent further damage.
